Just after 1300 hours, E101 was clearing a Commercial Box in La Plata when they were alerted for the Barn on fire on Englewood Drive. E101 (4th Due), along with Utility 10 stuck to their assignment and responded to the "Fill Site" to set up Water Supply. Tanker 10 was also alerted to the call, and responded to the scene to assist with Water Supply on the fire ground. Crews arrived on scene to find a Barn with fire showing. After setting up for Tanker Shuttles, Command scaled the incident back, releasing E101 and Tanker 10. E101 filled the quarters of Station 1 for a couple hours while their units operated on the fire ground.
