Barn Fire in Mechanicsville |

| Engine Company 10 was alerted, mutual aid to St. Mary's County for the Barn Fire in the 37000 block of James Road in Mechanicsville. First arriving units, from Meachanicsville VFD, confirmed a working barn fire. They had a 40' X 80' barn, full of tobacco, with fire showing from one end of the barn. E102 and Chief 10 arrived on the scene and assisted in extinguishing the fire. Units operated for about 2 hours before returning to service. Thanks to RCDeGruy.smughug.com for the pictures! |
