Engine 102, Chief 10, and Chief 10A responded and assisted other companies with a working house fire in the Town of La Plata. First arriving units found fire on the first floor with extension to the second and balloon frame construction. Crews made quick work with extinguishing the bulk of the fire. Units remained on scene for over 2 hours overhauling and checking for extension. Chief 1 had the Command.
