Fly-Out Motorcycle Accident

On 5/24/09 at approx. 1930 hrs station 10 was alerted to a motorcycle accident involving a truck. Squad 10 arrived on scene with one male laying on the side of the road. Squad 10 took over stabilization from a bystander until paramedic ambulance 519 arrived on scene and took over patient care. It was decided by PA-519 over a consult to fly the patient out. Engine 101 then responded to the scene to assisst with the landing zone. Trooper 4 landed and took off with no problem or incidents to report. All units were then placed in service.
