Barn Fire In Budds Creek

May 25, 2015

Just before 2330 hours, Engine 101 and FTA10 responded to Plantation Drive (I/A/O) for the Structure/Barn Fire. Engine 102 arrived first and found a large barn structure fully involved. Crews immediately stretched their hose lines and began trying to prevent the spread of the fire further into the woods than it had already reached. Duty 1 arrived and established the Command. Command requested several brush units, bringing Engine 104 to the scene. Crews worked for several hours extinguishing the fire. Several water supply issues were experienced on this call, but all crews worked together to overcome them.
