Today, we remember and honor Sgt. Timothy Minor #109 of the Charles County Sheriff's Office. Sgt. Minor died in the Line of Duty on February 12, 1996 while responding to a call on Route 257 on his assigned motorcycle. It is in his honor, that same year the Bel Alton Volunteers dedicated Ambulance "109" in his memory. We thank him for his dedicated service to the citizens of our proud county.
