This morning members gathered at the station for a day of training and review on equipment we carry, as well as to gather knowledge and experience on new equipment that is now on Rescue Squad 10. Members ran through several different stations going over extrication equipment and techniques, cutting wood vs. concrete/metal with saws, ice/water rescue with inflatable raft and suits, as well as some basic ropes and rigging. Thank you to all who attended, we look forward to hosting more of these in the future. A big thank you to Mike Hedges for the vehicles to train on.
