Just after 2200 hours, Squad 10 was alerted for a reported house on fire at 4100 Sweetman Road in Marbury. Engine 8-2 and Chief 8 arrived initially finding nothing evident in a two-story house. Upon further size-up, smoke was visible, as well as fire in a room on side "C." Chief 8 established the Sweetman Road Command. Squad 10 arrived and was assigned as Rapid Intervention. As crews were coming out for rehab command assigned us to the second floor for overhaul. The structure was balloon-frame and requiring extensive overhaul. Squad 10 cleared after 2.5 hours of work.
