On November 21st 2009 at about 12:01 hours Company 10 was alerted to Budds Creek Road and Penns Hill Road for the motor vehicle accident with entrapment and fire. EMS duty 16A arrived on the scene and reported injuries, fire but no entrapment. Engine 141 arrived soon after, and began extinguishment. Squad 10 assisted with patient care, and checking the other vehicles. Patients were transported to local facilities by EMS 14, and EMS 15. Tanker 10 supplied foam to assist Engine 141, and Engine 144 with extinguishment. Command was held by Squad 10. Units went in service after about an hour.
