Just after 2230 hours, Rescue Squad 10 responded to Penns Hill Road for the MVC. While enroute, Charles County ECC advised the units of a subject trapped, and they were upgraded the assignment. Units arrived to find a single vehicle off the road with the driver trapped. Chief 1 established the Command, while Chief 10 operated as the Rescue Group Supervisor. Crews from Squad 10 and RE13 worked together to free the occupant, who was turned over to awaiting EMS crews for transport to the landing site.. Crews were on scene for over an hour operating.
