Just after 1630 hours, Squad and Tanker 10 responded to Swindler Road in Newburg for the Barn Fire. Chief 10B arrived to find 2 sheds on fire and established the Command. First arriving engine companies from Co. 14 & 6 stretched hose lines and began to attack the fire. RS10 arrived and assisted with moving debris and overhaul. Tanker 10 arrived on scene and assisted in Water Supply to Engine 61. Units worked for approximately one hour before being released from the fire ground. The cause of the fire was accidental, and no injuries were reported. Chief 6 had Operations.
