Company 10 was alerted for a Motor Vehicle Collision this morning at the intersection of Charles Street and Wheatley Road. PA-518 was the first to arrive and advised they had a 5 car MVC with one vehicle on its side. Rescue Squad 10 arrived shortly after, Chief 10B established the Charles Street Command and sized up the incident to see what other resources were needed. PA-518 advised there were 3 patients for transport and 1 that needed to be extricated, all in 1 vehicle. PA-27 was added to the call as another transport unit. Once the first 2 patients were removed from the truck and placed in PA-518, Rescue Squad 10 extricated the 3rd and PA-27 handled patient care. All 3 patients were transported to CMC.
